Knowledge Transfer

Science and research provide important impulses for the development of a society. The UZH Innovation Hub is the focal point for innovation and entrepreneurship at the University of Zurich. Here you will find information and support services in the areas of inventions and intellectual property, business start-ups and commercialisation as well as the transfer of research results to business, politics and society.

The Technology Transfer Office of the Universities of Basel, Bern and Zurich (UNITECTRA) supports researchers in negotiating research contracts (research collaborations, material transfer agreements, etc.), in patenting and licensing research results as well as in setting up spin-offs.
