Hotel and Conference Centre Monte Verità

The venue of choice for CSF supported conferences is the Hotel and Conference Center Monte Verità.
Monte Verita is an all-inclusive conference center with all meals provided (with wine) from dinner Sunday night through Friday lunch. The all-inclusive cost for the 5 nights, 15 meals (including banquet) is CHF 625 per person for double occupancy and CHF 700 - CHF 900 for single occupancy. To encourage participation for the entire workshop, we are covering dinner on Sunday as well as lunches Monday and Friday.

Conference participants will receive a code to receive a discount when booking rooms at the hotel. Lower cost accommodation is available for students and some financial support available.  Preference will be given to those attending the entire conference.  Please contact the organisers with your financial need at the time of registering.

A registration fee of CHF 200 will be charged at the time of registration. The registration fee and the accommodation fee are refundable, according to the cancellation policy, below.

Extra pre- and post-conference nights are under the responsibility of the participant and are not included in the above fees.

Cancellation Policy

Please inform the organisers by email if you have to cancel your registration, regardless of whether you have pre-paid or not.

Should you cancel, any payment made in advance will be refunded in full up to 30 days before the conference. After that, the following policy applies:

• 15 days until conference start: 50%
  
• 7 days until conference start: no refund
